Like all Australians, we’re closely monitoring the developments in relation to (COVID-19) coronavirus. We wanted to reach out personally to let you know that we’re here to support you at this time.


We have taken the following internal precautions in order to do our part in helping to slow the transmission of the COVID-19 pandemic:


· We have put a hold on all in-person meetings (if not required), and our open inspection is by appointment only rather than open inspection. This decision has been made in the interest of everyone’s health and safety.

· Our sales are all taking special measures; gloves, masks, hand sanitiser and maintaining a 1.5 meter exclusion zone.

· Postponed or restricted non-essential face to face interaction for both staff and clients.

· Our customer support team have transitioned to a work from home model.

· We are also working with our Suppliers and Partners for idea sharing, best practices, and business continuity, as well as advice from risk management and business continuity experts.

· . We have elevated cleanliness standards and targeted resources available to increase awareness and promote hygiene.
