The 55-level tower wears a richly detailed, rhythmic skin whose folded geometry is predominantly horizontal, with fluid, vertical elements providing an organic connection between each level. Curved junctions soften the façade and frame compelling views of the city and beyond from apartment balconies. The contrasting lines, curves and rhythms are echoed in the interiors. In places, seating appears to be cut out, rather than attached to, the walls, while curved tables are complemented by chairs with strong geometric line. Completed on 2013.
