Swanston Square 1 &2
Swanston Square is made up of a 34-storey residential tower and the heritage listed Maltstore, which underwent restoration works to accommodate new retail and commercial spaces. The tower façade features the face of William Barak, an indigenous elder of the Wurundjeri Tribe.
